There were a couple of firsts for me today on this first day of summer. I went to therapy! And I guess I was good at it because I get to go back anytime I want. It's really Pat's hour but I think I might get something out of it, too. At first I was nervous being with a new person and in a new place, but after a couple of minutes I realized that I didn't need to be afraid and I relaxed and listened to Pat and the other person talk. It was pretty interesting but I can't tell you what they said…confidentiality you know.
After therapy we went to Saturday Cove. A new place for me and I loved it. Lots of birds flying around,one very interesting dead seagull, nice calm water, a cool breeze and fascinating places to explore. Heavenly.
